Eziclip

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026. Plain terms for a free, in-browser tool. By using Eziclip.com you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Eziclip.com is operated by a sole trader registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42043424, in the Netherlands. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. The service

Eziclip.com provides creator tools that run in your web browser, free of charge, with no account and no sign-up. Today, processing happens on your own device; as the product grows, some features may use a server, and where one does we'll say so in the tool. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.

Free tier and paid plan. The tools are free to use. On the free tier, exports and previews carry an Eziclip watermark, and your licence to use the outputs is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes — projects you are not paid for and that do not promote a business. A paid Plus subscription removes the watermark everywhere and grants you a licence to use your outputs for commercial purposes (paid or business work). Commercial use is permitted only while a paid subscription is active.

3. Provided "as is"

The tools are provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, output quality, compatibility with your device or browser, or uptime.

4. Acceptable use

Use the tools only with content you own or have the right to process. Do not use Eziclip.com for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. You are solely responsible for your files, how you use the outputs, and any rights or consents needed for the content you process (for example, people appearing in a video).

5. Your content stays yours

We claim no rights over the files you process or the outputs you create — they are yours, and nothing you make here is used to train an AI model. For tools that run in your browser, we don't receive your files at all. The site itself, its design, code and brand remain our property and may not be copied or resold.

Connecting your own AI agent. The Studio lets you optionally connect your own AI assistant to edit a project for you. If you do, you allow that assistant to access your project — including your video and individual frames of it— to do the work. A connected agent is a third-party service that you choose and control, used under that provider's own terms; you are responsible for what you connect and for how it handles your content. Our commitment that your content isn't used to train an AI model covers Eziclip, not a third-party agent you bring. If you or your assistant save a style profile (editing preferences for future sessions), it is stored in your browser — and synced to your account when you are signed in — and can be cleared at any time.

The editing guides, playbooks and other know-how the service provides to connected agents are our proprietary content, licensed to you and your agent solely for editing your projects inside Eziclip. Extracting, bulk-copying, republishing or using them to build a competing product or dataset is not permitted.

6. Support

Eziclip.com is free to use. If you choose to support it, any contribution made through Buy Me a Coffee is voluntary, handled entirely on that platform under its own terms. Contributions are not a purchase, unlock no paid features, and are generally non-refundable.

7. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, content delivery, the AI model CDN, and — if enabled — advertising) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third parties.

Built-in media libraries. The Studio can search third-party media libraries — currently stickers, GIFs and clips (Klipy), sounds (Freesound), and stock video and images (Pixabay and, where available, Pexels) — and place a result into your project. These are search integrations: we do not own, host, sell or sublicense that content, and we make no promises about it. Every item remains subject to its own provider's terms and its creator's licence — see the Pixabay Content License, Pexels License, Klipy terms and Freesound licensing FAQ. Where a provider offers licence filters we apply conservative ones (for example, sound results are restricted to CC0/public-domain), but we cannot verify the licensing of any individual item. It is your responsibility to confirm that an item may be used for your purpose — especially if you publish or monetize the result — and anything you create with the editor, including material built from library results, is created, used and published at your own risk and under your own responsibility, as set out in sections 4 and 8.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eziclip.com and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, files or outputs, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Always keep your own copies of important files.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
